iPhone which was launched by Steve Jobs at Macworld Conference & Expo on 9th Jan 2007 is all in one stuff. The phone bosts of a 2mp camera, multimedia player and provides a host of internet services like email, text messaging, web browsing, wireless connectivity. The inputs for iPhone is done via a touch screen and buttons.
The touch screen doesnt require any stylus, but requires only bare skin to operate. The photo album and web page magnifications are use multi touch sensing. It is possible to zoom in and out of objects such as web pages and photos by respectively "unpinching" and "pinching" them, that is, placing two fingers (usually thumb and forefinger) on the screen and moving them farther apart or closer together as if stretching or squeezing the image. This scaling is done uniformly and proportionally based on the image in question so there is no distortion of the image itself, as would be the case if the image were actually stretched or squeezed.
Apple has confirmed an optimized, full version of the Mac OS X operating system, without unnecessary components, will run on the iPhone. The OS is expected to take considerably less than 500mb. Widgest will be availabe like the ones in Mac OS X 10.

Though this is a revotionary product from the house of Apple, but it had lead to some trademark infringements. CISCO has filed a law petition to avoid Apple using the name, since the trademark iPhone was acquired by CISCO in the year 2006 and had used it for its VoIP phones.
